By purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms.

**IN stock ready to ship items**

Please allow 3-5 business days for in stock items to ship.

* Customs*
Please allow up to 10 weeks for customs to be finished and sent to you. Any delays will be communicated in the VIP. Although, you may receive your items sooner please plan for this.
Returns/ Exchanges Policy
(This only applies to the orginal owner)

Snaps and elastic are guaranteed for the first 30 days. Upon arrival please inspect **within 7 days*** all diapers for possible defects.  After this time it can not be fixed. I work hard to ensure that each Baby Got Cloth creation is the highest quality possible. There may be variations in stitching and all cuts of fabric may be different, as all products are hand made. That being said, please bring any unsatisfactory findings to my attention immediately and I will do my best to correct it. Issues in quality or functionally will be offered a remake. If there is a defect a new diaper will be made and exchanged  or the current one corrected if possible and sent back to you. Made to order items are not eligible for return and refund, only remake.   *Please note, refunds are at MY discretion.*


Warranty
Snaps and elastic are always covered within the first 30 days to the original owner. Shipping will also be covered during this time period.

Fabric Wear

I do my very best to use top quality fabrics. Normal wear and tear is expected. Some knits may be more fragile and susceptible to pilling or fading with wash and wear. To preserve the looks of your diapers you may wash the shell snapped inside out. Pilling and fading will not affect function.


Shipping

Shipping will generally be USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight. (weight will determine cost)
Purchases will be combined, weighed, and shipped together if possible. Shipping will vary depending on the item.

Once an item leaves my hands I have no control of the timing.

Any shipping upgrades (if you should choose) will be charged to the buyer. Please let me know if you would like shipping insurance and I will include the price in your invoice.
